Our roots run deep in the scientific community. One of our founders, Dr. Gary Latham, was a founding member of NASA; and two others, Dr. Ross Williams and Mr. Edward O'Neil, were both involved with the Manhattan Project. This focus on sound science and engineering still drives the development of our powerful products and services.

We put the power back in your hands to run your building efficiently and save you oil costs over the lifetime of your building. Our mission and our passion led to a partnership with LonWorks to design and implement customized solutions for building controls, OAS Smart Buildings. With the leadership of OAS President Edward Winiarski, we are expanding to a national and international marketplace, where the need to reduce oil consumption and increase efficiency is essential.
